Pulla Rao Somaiah Velpula, Deputy Chief Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh State Unit of the "Human Rights & Social Justice Mission," led a charitable initiative at an old age home in Mangal Village, Nandigama, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh.
